For over five years, Wellshare and Vie Studio have been transforming allied health co-working spaces across Australia. Our mission is to provide seamless clinic design solutions for medical practitioners looking to establish or enhance their workspaces. From site selection and branding to interior design and room styling, we manage every detail—allowing practitioners to focus on patient care while we create functional, visually compelling, and strategically designed medical spaces.

The Process - Full Interior Design Scope

  • After receiving a full brief, conducting a site visit, and understanding the scope, budget, site limitations, and desired outcomes, we begin the creative brainstorming process for the project.

  • Finding the right space for your practice is crucial to defining the direction of your business. Our expert team is here to help you explore and assess prospective sites, ensuring that the premises you choose will support a high-functioning, successful practice.

  • Space planning is a complex yet essential step in the design and fit-out process. Our dedicated team works closely with you to explore your practice requirements, both present and future, and conducts an in-depth analysis of your space. Our goal is to define each zone, optimize circulation and patient privacy, maximize light and acoustics, and create balance and symmetry.

  • The physical ambiance of your practice significantly impacts your patients’ experience, staff productivity, and clinical outcomes. At this pivotal stage, we workshop your vision and determine how you want your practice to look and feel. We delve into aesthetics and explore the best design to maximise your practice’s efficiency. Combining your ideas with our design expertise, we provide you with an outcome.

  • We manage the entire council approval process for you, from obtaining your Development Application (DA) to securing your Construction Certificate/ Complying Development Certificate. We also engage a building certifier throughout the fit-out process to ensure all building works comply with relevant specifications and codes, taking the burden off your shoulders.

  • We recommend industry leaders in medical practice interior fitout who can deliver the project within budget and schedule without compromising on quality. Our design team ensures that all design intents are accurately translated into the space.

  • Upon final inspection of the fit-out, ensuring all works are compliant, we will organize with a building certifier to obtain an Occupation Certificate. We will then take over the site from the shopfitter to complete the full styling of each space, aligning with our original concept and adding the final touches before welcoming you to your brand-new practice.
