The visual identity reflects purity and sophistication, where delicate typography and thoughtful storytelling express values of goodness, calm, and innovation. The brand language pairs the indulgence of artisanal ice cream with the serenity of tea rituals, creating a unique positioning in the market.
The interior embodies a Tea-Inspired Zen Sanctuary, designed to ground visitors in an atmosphere of warmth and stillness. The palette is built around natural timber surfaces contrasted with dark grey stone-look tiles, evoking the interplay of earth and stone in a Japanese tea house.
Timber Framework & Joinery: Custom wood panelling and joinery form the foundation of the space, celebrating craftsmanship and natural materials. The golden warmth of timber conveys comfort and authenticity.
Pattern Detailing: Subtle carved motifs reference patterns and rippling waves, abstractly symbolising the flow of tea and nature’s rhythms. These design details connect brand storytelling directly into the built form.
Lighting: Inspired by traditional Asian lanterns, light boxes lined with textured paper softly diffuse light, creating a calm, meditative glow. The illuminated Ice Kirin Bar logo wall becomes the focal point, grounding the space with balance and clarity.
